This 3 Hour CEU Training focuses on Clinical Supervision. Steve will cover different supervision styles, how to maintain healthy boundaries, supervision vs. consultation, supervision competency, requirements for your licensure as well as ethical and legal implications. This training will provide 3 hours toward earning or maintaining your supervisor status for Social Work or Counseling Licensure.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

1. Gain an overview of different supervision styles and approaches.
2. Develop a greater understating of ethical and legal implications for the supervisor/supervisee relationship.
3. Learn how to supervise within your areas of competence.

THE PRESENTER: Steve Guglielmi, PCC-S

Steve Guglielmi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from The Ohio State University. He then went on to receive his Master of Science in Education in Community Counseling from University of Dayton.  Steve transitioned from his CEO role at Nemeth Counseling to his current role as acting Regional Clinical Director for the Central Ohio Region at LifeStance Health. He has 20+ years' experience in the mental health field. His extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Supervision, Couples Counseling, and Leadership has shaped his career path.
